Preventing Neck Pain


Most neck pain is associated with poor posture on top of age-related wear and tear.

Exercise to strengthen and stretch your neck and upper body.

Maintain a neutral posture: keep your hips, shoulders and head aligned.

Avoid sleeping on your stomach. This position puts stress on your neck. Choose a pillow that supports the natural curve of your neck.

Keep breaks regularly when driving log distances or sitting at the same position for long time.
